We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC Consultant to design, implement, and support ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, platform configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and risk & compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Customize workflows, business rules, forms, and Flow Designer.
- Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and development.
- Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST APIs.
- Understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Risk Management, and Audit processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
