We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AI-powered solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities, Generative AI, enterprise architecture, workflow automation, and digital transformation.

The candidate will be responsible for defining AI architecture and strategy, driving enterprise AI adoption within the ServiceNow ecosystem, and designing scalable, secure, and governed AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the enterprise AI roadmap within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Architect scalable, secure, reliable, and governed AI-powered ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Design AI-powered solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Employee Experience, Customer Service, and business workflows.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and capabilities and recommend suitable adoption strategies.
- Lead technical discussions with business, engineering, and architecture stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow AI architectures and technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, security, privacy, responsible AI, and integration.
- Drive integration of AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications and workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.




- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Stay current with advancements in ServiceNow AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation.

Experience :

- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect, with significant exposure to AI-driven solutions.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their enterprise applications.
- Experience with AI agents, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and AI-powered workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution design, security, scalability, and governance.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical enterprise solutions.
- Solid understanding of API-based integrations, data flows, security, and platform governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
