We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow APM Developer to support the design, configuration, enhancement, automation, and rollout of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management capabilities. The developer will work closely with APM SMEs, architects, application owners, and business stakeholders to improve application portfolio governance, automate lifecycle management processes, enhance application data quality, and enable executive reporting and dashboards

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow APM Development

- Configure and enhance ServiceNow APM modules and associated data models.
- Implement application portfolio governance workflows and lifecycle management processes.
- Configure application scoring models, assessment frameworks, and rationalization workflows.
- Develop and maintain APM forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and Flow Designer automations.

Automation & Workflow Enablement

- Design, build, and deploy APM automation solutions.
- Configure and enhance:
- Automated Application Inventory Refresh
- Automated Lifecycle Workflows
- Automated Scoring & Assessment
- Automated Rationalization & Disposition Processes
- Automated Performance Analytics & KPI Tracking
- Create runbooks and SOPs for operational support and governance.

CMDB & Data Management





- Perform CMDB data validation, cleanup, and rationalization activities.
- Establish application-to-infrastructure relationships.
- Ensure alignment with CSDM standards.
- Improve application ownership, accountability, and data quality controls.
- Support integration validation with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and related data sources.

Reporting & Dashboards

- Configure ServiceNow Performance Analytics and APM dashboards.
- Develop KPI scorecards, executive dashboards, and portfolio health metrics.
- Enable OOB reporting and create additional automated reports.
- Support governance, compliance, and portfolio review reporting.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate with Application Owners, Technical Leads, Enterprise Architects, and Product Owners.
- Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, testing, and UAT activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support during rollout and adoption phases.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and train-the-trainer sessions
