a large and diverse set of service products solutions Define strategic direction and plans for the service business monitor performance and implement corrective actions cost reductions and incremental growth initiatives Manage and track product service business metrics attach penetration revenue TCE deliver recovery or action plans for exceptions Build and foster strong partnerships with Product Business Groups Alliance partners Services teams Regional Business Development Managers Sales Solution Partners and Delivery functions Lead key initiatives that reshape portfolio selling motions competitive advantages and business models Provide leadership coaching and barrier removal to enable direct reports to achieve objectives Create a high-performance growth-oriented diverse and demonstrating mastery in Service Business Management Education First-level and advanced university degree MBA or equivalent preferred Leadership Proven management background leading senior individual
