Service Head - Modular Furniture

About the Role

We're looking for two Service Heads to lead regional service operations for a fast-growing modular furniture brand — one based in Bangalore, covering the entire South region and one based in Delhi NCR, covering Delhi, Rajasthan, and Haryana. This is a high-ownership role responsible for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring every installation is completed on time, to design standard, and to the customer's satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Service Operations & Execution

- Own end-to-end modular furniture installation operations across your assigned territory
- Ensure installations follow approved designs, technical drawings, and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to assess readiness, supervise execution, and resolve on-ground challenges

Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Be the primary escalation point for customer service and installation issues
- Keep customers informed with proactive, transparent communication on timelines
- Coordinate closely with sales, design, logistics, and installation teams for smooth handovers

Team Leadership

- Lead and monitor service engineers, installation teams, and external partners
- Allocate work, track productivity, and ensure SLA adherence
- Build a culture of accountability, safety,



and customer-centricity

Complaint & Quality Management

- Own the complaint tracker — drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective action
- Cut down repeat complaints through process improvements and preventive controls
- Sign off on installations only when quality expectations are met

Process, Safety & Compliance

- Enforce installation safety norms and site regulations
- Spot process gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation for installations, handovers, and partner agreements

Travel & Site Supervision

- Travel regularly across your region, including outstation locations
- Run surprise audits and service reviews on active and completed sites

Who We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Service Head / Operations Manager in modular furniture or interior fit-out
- Strong grasp of installation techniques, tools, and materials
- Comfortable reading design layouts, BOQs, and technical drawings
- Working knowledge of site safety regulations
- Solid leadership, decision-making, and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously under pressure
- Must be based in Bangalore or Delhi NCR (per the role applied for) and open to extensive travel, including outstation — non-negotiable
