Job Summary The UV Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of UV water treatment systems at customer sites. The role requires frequent travel and close interaction with customers to ensure reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission UV water treatment systems.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues.

- Replace UV lamps, quartz sleeves, sensors, and other consumables.

- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.

- Provide technical support and customer training.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Experience:



2-4 years in servicing water treatment systems or industrial equipment.

- Basic knowledge of water treatment systems/plants.

- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and customer handling skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for installation and service activities.

- Product-specific training on UV water treatment systems will be provided by the company.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in UV, RO, UF, or other water treatment equipment is an added advantage.

- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and P&ID; drawings.

- Knowledge of pumps, valves, instruments, and control panels.

Travel Requirement

- Willing to travel 70-90% across assigned regions for installation, commissioning, and service support.
