Job Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning and demonstration of IVD diagnostic instruments at customer sites.
- Attend customer breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration and validation of instruments.
- Troubleshoot and repair hematology, biochemistry, electrolyte and immunoassay analyzers.
- Coordinate with customers for AMC/service contract renewals.
- Maintain service reports, installation reports and documentation.
- Coordinate spare parts requirement and inventory for timely service closure.
- Provide application/basic operational training to laboratory users after installation.
- Support sales team during product demonstrations whenever required.




- Follow up on pending service calls, AMC renewals and payment collections.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience as a Service Engineer in the IVD/Medical Diagnostics industry.
- Hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of diagnostic analyzers.
- Experience with Hematology, Biochemistry, Electrolyte, Immunoassay or Urine Analyzers is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
