Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer with at least 6 Months of experience in servicing industrial machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission machines at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve machine-related issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely support.
- Prepare service reports after each visit.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical assistance.
- Ensure proper functioning of machines after servicing.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
