Role Description This is a full-time on-site Service Engineer role based in raipur chhatisgarh region.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment at customer locations and within the facility. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing faults, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely field service and technical support to ensure minimal downtime for customers. The role involves documenting service activities, preparing reports, and communicating clearly with clients and internal teams about findings, solutions, and recommendations.

Engineer will also support preventive maintenance programs, adhere to safety standards, and coordinate with the engineering and operations teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills to perform routine servicing, corrective actions, and system upgrades on electrical and electronic equipment.

Candidates should possess Field Service experience to manage on-site visits, interact with customers professionally, and handle equipment in diverse environments.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical information clearly, prepare service documentation, and collaborate with team members.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.

Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, with basic knowledge of safety standards and industry best practices.

Solid time management, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel locally as required.

Prior experience in a service or maintenance engineering role will be an advantage.
