Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide after sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to weighing equipment.

- Install, commission, and perform field service on various types of weigh bridges.

- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment at customer sites using problem-solving skills.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Robust understanding of weighing systems, including installation, calibration, and troubleshooting procedures.

- 0-3 years of experience in after sales support or service engineering for industrial equipment/machinery.
