Service Engineer

Position: Service Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Install,commission, and service radiology equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown calls to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Deliver technical support and basic operational training to customers when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service planning, spare parts, and technical escalations.
- Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and other service-related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering prompt and quality service.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience:




- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing radiology equipment (experience with any radiology equipment brand is acceptable), or
- 3+ years of experience in servicing critical care equipment, with a willingness to transition into radiology equipment.
- Robust technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Educational Qualification (Mandatory)

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering, or
- B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering, or
- B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical-related disciplines.
