Budget-Upto 18LPA+Shift Allowance+ 10% Variable

Shift - 2:30AM to 11:30AM IST

Cab Facility is Available

Role : Service Desk - Tier 2

Designation : Senior Associate

Location : Hyderabad Only (local candidates)

Examples of assignments include:

- Capturing client requirements
- Infrastructure operations and management
- Adopting and learning new technologies
- Performing Enterprise Administration and Engineering tasks
- Providing onsite and remote support
- Troubleshooting business application issues
- As a Managed IT Services Consultant, you will receive mentoring from our experienced team and have access to a variety of technology and training. You will be exposed to several aspects of our Technology Consulting Practices, including:
- Consulting process, tools and methodologies
- Referenced architecture design and best practices
- Engaging with clients and developing their IT initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

- Degree or Certification in IT related field
- 7-12 years of experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, virtualization, server management, storage, and basic networking




- Experience in large, complex environments with multiple locations
- Familiar with standard IT practices and policies
- Familiar with IT service management tools and processes (helpdesk, ticketing, etc.)
- Eagerness to contribute

Must Have Skills

- Phone Calls Handling Skills (International Clients across geographies) Experience in handling P1 and P2 alerts /issues.
- Worked in Service Desk / Help Desk / Internal IT Environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Virtual Servers ,Physical Servers, Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV). Strong Troubleshooting Experience
- Solid Network Troubleshooting Experience (switches, routers, firewall ,access points)
- Active Directory & M365 Administration
- Laptop, Desktop, Printer, VPN, Outlook, SharePoint Troubleshooting
- ITIL Certification
- ServiceNow Ticketing Tool
