Job Summary

Tech Robotics Automation & Solutions is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and customer service for industrial robotic automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities for industrial robots.
- Install, commission, and prove out robotic systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and robotic system issues.
- Conduct customer training on robot operation and basic maintenance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service activities.




- Travel to customer locations across India whenever required.

Qualification

- Diploma/ ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

- 2–8 years of experience in Industrial Robotics, Automation, or Robotic OEM service.
- Experience with ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa, KUKA, Kawasaki, or similar industrial robots is preferred.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of robotic automation, robot programming, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of PLCs, control systems, electrical circuits, sensors, servo drives, and industrial automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel.

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Salary: As per experience and company standards.
