Job Summary – Service Coordinator The Service Coordinator – Kitchen Equipment Services is responsible for leading the service and maintenance operations for commercial kitchen equipment across customer locations. The role ensures high equipment uptime, customer satisfaction, service quality, preventive maintenance, AMC management, technical team leadership, and compliance with safety standards. This position also oversees service planning, spare parts management, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the service operations team, including service engineers and technicians.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ensure timely installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen equipment.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements.
- Monitor service KPIs such as response time, equipment uptime, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan manpower deployment and optimize field service operations.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate procurement.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships through effective service support.
- Develop service SOPs and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Train and mentor technical teams on new equipment and technologies.
- Coordinate with sales,



projects, procurement, and operations teams for seamless project execution.
- Prepare service reports, budgets, and performance dashboards for management.
- Manage vendor and OEM relationships for warranty claims and technical support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce service costs.

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or related Engineering discipline.

- 8–10 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment service, facilities management,hospitality engineering, or food service equipment.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Should know English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi Required Skills • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment such as combi ovens, refrigeration systems, dishwashers, fryers, steamers, induction cooking systems, and food preparation equipment.
- Leadership and team management.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Preventive maintenance planning.
- Vendor and customer relationship management.
- Budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, electrical safety, and regulatory compliance.
