TITLE OF THE WORK – SERVICE ASSOCIATE (ESP) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Box Office (Ticket Counter) · Selling movie tickets using POS (Point of Sale) systems. · Explaining showtimes, seat availability, and pricing to customers. · Handling cash and digital payments accurately. · F&B; (Food & Beverage) Counters · Food & Beverage (F&B;) service : Take orders, serve snacks & drinks at counters or to seats (in‑seat service), upsell items, maintain inventory & manage POS (point of sale) equipment · Taking orders for snacks, beverages, and combos. · Preparing/serving popcorn, drinks, etc. · Maintaining hygiene and inventory. · Suggestive selling (upselling combos or premium items). · Ushering & Auditorium Management · Checking tickets and guiding guests to their seats. · Ensuring that auditoriums are clean, lights/sound are working, and guests are seated properly. · Managing crowd flow during entry and exit.



· Guest Interaction · Greeting customers, answering basic queries, helping with seat directions, washrooms, etc. · Handling minor customer complaints or escalating them to a supervisor. · Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. · Customer interaction & hospitality: Greet customers at each touchpoint (entrances, ticket counters, auditorium exits). Maintain a friendly, helpful. · Supervising entry / exit : Sometimes managing crowd flow, checking tickets, helping with directions (to halls, restrooms, concessions).
