Hiring: Server Sales Specialist | Enterprise IT Infrastructure

We are looking for a Server Sales Specialist with strong expertise in enterprise server hardware and IT infrastructure solutions to drive business growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop current business opportunities within enterprise accounts, system integrators, data centers, and channel partners.
- Promote and sell enterprise server solutions from leading brands such as Dell, HPE, and Lenovo.
- Understand customer infrastructure requirements and recommend appropriate server configurations and solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, configuration, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the server and data center ecosystem.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM/ERP systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:



3-5 years of experience in IT Hardware Sales, Enterprise Sales, or IT Infrastructure Sales.

Strong knowledge of Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem, or similar enterprise server platforms.

Experience working with enterprise customers, system integrators, channel partners, or data centers.

Strong understanding of server specifications, configurations, and infrastructure solutions.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing B2B deals.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
