Job Responsibilities Manage design evolution of BIW Closure components during series production. Oversee documentation management, modification batches, and DEVO (Design Evolution) files. Ensure compliance with Company standards is added advantage Lead resolution of quality issues (factory assembly, customer quality, warranty returns).

Conduct geometric variation analysis, compliance matrices, and material data sheet validation. DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential design and process failures, ensuring robust product quality Validate supplier deliverables against ANPQP and prototype representativeness. Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing execution, validation, and issue resolution.

Represent BIW Closure scope in top management reviews. Lead VA/VE workshops to identify cost‑reduction opportunities in BIW Closure without compromising quality or safety. Negotiate with suppliers on resourcing, ensuring competitive pricing and continuity of supply.

Drive cost-saving initiatives, prepare dashboards, and monitor eco-plan results. Support validation plan definition in Company system. Document results of off‑tool/off‑process part validations. Align CAD/CAM data, tooling readiness,



and compliance with manufacturing teams to secure smooth integration of modifications into serial production.

Collaborate with production teams, ensuring provisional and definitive solutions are documented and implemented within agreed timelines. Convergence with manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to validate modification feasibility and secure milestone acceptance.

Key Requirements Lead engineering activities for Body-in-White (BIW) Closure during serial life management. Ensure quality, cost, delivery, and performance (QCDP) objectives are achieved across production and modification cycles. Drive technical convergence, supplier coordination, and compliance with Renault standards and EU directives.

Act as the technical owner for Biw Closure systems, ensuring smooth industrialisation and lifecycle support. Catia V5 / V6 knowledge, Enovia / 3D Experience is added advantage.

Technical Knowledge

Expertise in welded fabrication, stamping, casting, and joining technologies for BIW components. Gap & flush management, dimensional chains, and geometric synthesis for BIW assemblies. Surface treatment, coatings, and long‑term durability validation.
