Role Description This is a remote internship role for an SEO Intern in an unpaid capacity, ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in search engine optimization. The SEO Intern will assist with keyword research to identify relevant search terms, perform basic SEO audits to evaluate website performance, and support on-page SEO tasks such as optimizing titles, meta descriptions, and content structure. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring web analytics, compiling performance reports, and contributing ideas to improve organic search visibility.

The intern will work closely with the digital team, gain exposure to link-building strategies, and learn best practices for SEO in an e-commerce workplace.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Keyword Research to identify and prioritize relevant search terms.

Candidates should possess skills in SEO Audits to analyze site structure, technical issues, and content gaps.





Candidates should possess skills in On-Page SEO to optimize page content, headings, meta tags, and internal links.

Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to support ethical outreach and improve domain authority.

Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance metrics.

Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and current SEO best practices.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Comfort with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and keyword research platforms (or willingness to learn).

Effective written communication skills and an interest in digital marketing or e-commerce.

Current students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
