Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO Executive to support Soleos’ organic search visibility, website optimisation and keyword-led content growth across renewable energy, solar, BESS and clean-energy business segments. The role focuses on SEO execution, keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO checks, SEO content briefs, website audits, ranking tracking, search-performance monitoring and coordination with content, web, data and marketing teams. This position is suitable for candidates who understand B2B SEO, search intent,



website optimisation and content-led growth for solar, EPC, infrastructure, energy or industrial businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and execute SEO activities for Soleos’ website, service pages, solution pages, blogs, landing pages and campaign pages.
- Conduct keyword research for solar, rooftop solar, captive power, group captive, open access, solar + BESS, EPC, O&M; and renewable energy solutions.
- Prepare SEO content briefs, keyword maps, title suggestions, heading structures, meta titles, meta descriptions and internal linking recommendations.
- Coordinate with Technical Content Writer, Copywriter and Marketing team to ensure content is aligned with search intent, approved terminology and SEO objectives.
- Coordinate with Web Designer and IT / development teams for technical SEO implementation, page structure, site speed, mobile usability and crawlability improvements.
- Perform on-page SEO checks including heading hierarchy, URL structure, internal links, image optimisation, metadata, schema inputs and content readability.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, keyword movement, landing-page performance and search-console issues.
- Identify SEO gaps, content opportunities, technical issues, broken links, duplicate content, indexing problems and page-performance concerns.
- Coordinate with Data Analyst for SEO dashboards, monthly reports, traffic analysis and performance insights.
- Monitor competitor SEO activity, renewable energy search trends and industry keyword opportunities to improve organic visibility.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Improvement in organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions and click-through rate.
- Timely completion of SEO audits, keyword research and content briefs.
- Quality and relevance of keyword research,



keyword mapping and SEO recommendations for renewable energy, solar, BESS and EPC segments.
- Accuracy of on-page SEO recommendations, metadata, heading structures and internal linking plans.
- Timely coordination with Technical Content, Copywriting, Web, Data and Marketing teams.
- Reduction in technical SEO issues, broken links, indexing errors and page-structure gaps.
- Improvement in landing-page SEO performance, readability and search visibility.
- Accuracy and timeliness of SEO performance reports, dashboards and insight summaries.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of SEO strategy, keyword research, search intent and organic growth planning.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content SEO, internal linking, metadata and page optimisation.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio or similar SEO tools.
- Ability to prepare SEO content briefs, keyword maps, meta titles, meta descriptions and content-structure recommendations.
- Basic understanding of website structure, HTML, CMS platforms, mobile responsiveness, site speed and crawlability.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, renewable energy, solar, BESS, EPC or infrastructure communication will be preferred.
- Good analytical, reporting and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, process discipline and ability to manage multiple SEO requirements.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in renewable energy, solar, BESS, EPC, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, sustainability, B2B SEO, corporate websites, content-led SEO or industrial digital marketing will be preferred.
