About the Role

We're hiring our first dedicated SEO Analyst to build and own our organic search strategy. This is a high-visibility role: you'll shape strategy from the ground up, work closely with marketing and leadership, and see the direct impact of your work on signups and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Own SEO strategy end-to-end, working closely with marketing and leadership
- Conduct keyword research for Arabic and English search terms around cloud accounting, e-invoicing, and ZATCA compliance in GCC markets
- Run technical SEO audits and fix issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data)
- Optimize on-page content, landing pages, and conversion paths — turning organic visitors into signups and customers
- Build a content calendar aligned with product features and compliance deadlines (e.g., ZATCA phases)
- Manage local SEO for Saudi Arabia and GCC visibility
- Set up and monitor tracking (GA4,



Search Console) connecting organic traffic to leads and sales
- Report on SEO performance with clear, business-relevant metrics

Requirements

- 2–4 years of SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Strong technical SEO skills (site audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data)
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Comfortable working independently and building process from scratch
- Understanding of the Saudi/GCC digital landscape; bilingual (Arabic/English) SEO experience is a strong plus
- Ability to connect SEO work to business outcomes (leads, signups, sales), not just traffic/rankings
