Role Description The Senior Web Developer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Tharthari, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, with responsibility for both front-end and back-end components.

The Senior Web

Developer will collaborate with product, design, and other engineering team members to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions, ensuring performance, security, and usability. Day-to-day activities include writing clean and testable code, performing code reviews, optimizing existing features, troubleshooting issues, and integrating APIs and third-party services.



The role also includes mentoring junior developers, contributing to architectural decisions, and participating in continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining complex web applications.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including responsive UI implementation and cross-browser compatibility.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development, including server-side logic, database integration, and API design.

Candidates should possess experience with modern web frameworks and languages (such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar, Node.js or similar, and relational/non-relational databases).

Candidates should possess solid understanding of web performance, security best practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD workflows.

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
