Role Description The Senior Web Application Developer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tharthari, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that power SaathApp’s core platform features.

The developer will translate business requirements into technical specifications, write clean and efficient code, and implement best practices for performance, security, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting issues, and participating in architecture and design discussions. The role also requires continuous improvement of existing applications,



integration with third-party services, and contribution to technical documentation and process optimization.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Web Application Development and building robust Web Applications.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including API design and database integration.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with contemporary web frameworks and technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar).
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching mechanisms, and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to write clean, testable code and implement automated testing practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a hybrid environment with distributed teams.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including mentoring and technical leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
