Job Role : FreeSWITCH Engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Must Have Skills

- FreeSWITCH hands-on (dialplan, modules, ESL/API integrations)
- WebRTC stack (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS)
- SIP proficiency (RFC 3261, trunk config, NAT, codec tuning, RTP optimization, SRTP/TLS)
- Integrate FreeSWITCH with Contact Center platforms (custom CCaaS stacks)
- Configure ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skill-based routing, and queue management via mod_callcenter or fifo queues
- Enable call recording, monitoring, whisper/barge, and supervisor features

Roles & Responsibilities

- Health monitoring, incident response, log tracing, change management
- Gateway deployment, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, codec management
- Runbooks, SOPs, cross-team collaboration, log analysis
