We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Visa Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end student visa processing for countries including New Zealand, South Africa, the USA, the Philippines, and other destinations.

Review and verify visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements.

Guide students and parents regarding visa documentation, financial requirements, and application procedures.

Coordinate with international flight schools.

Prepare and submit visa applications while ensuring timely follow-ups.

Track application status and proactively communicate updates to students and internal teams.

Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and supporting documents.

Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and documentation requirements.

Assist students in preparing for visa interviews, where applicable.

Work closely with the counseling, admissions,



and operations teams to ensure a seamless student journey.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

3–10 years of experience in student visa processing, preferably for international education or aviation training.

Strong knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Experience working with overseas education consultants.
