About the Role We're looking for a Video Editor who's sharp with the fundamentals — clean cuts, strong pacing, sound design, color — but who's also actively exploring how AI is changing the craft. This isn't optional for us: AI-assisted editing (auto-cuts, AI b-roll/motion generation, voice cloning, AI upscaling, generative fill, etc.) is becoming central to how we deliver fast, high-quality content across clients. If you're someone who's already experimenting with these tools, or genuinely excited to, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

Edit reels, ad creatives, brand videos, podcast cutdowns, and long-form content across multiple client accounts

Handle end-to-end editing: rough cuts, pacing, transitions, color grading, sound design, subtitles/captions

Actively use AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Premiere's AI features, or similar) to speed up production, generate b-roll, clean up footage, or create motion elements





Stay updated on new AI editing tools and workflows, and bring in ways to integrate them into everyday output

Work closely with content strategists and account teams to match editing style to each brand's voice and platform (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Manage multiple projects and quick turnarounds without compromising on quality

Organize and maintain project files, footage libraries, and version control across client drives What We're Looking For

2–5 years of hands-on video editing experience (agency, in-house brand, or freelance)

Strong command over editing software: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut

Working knowledge of AI video editing tools — this is a major requirement, not a nice-to-have A good eye for pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific content (Reels vs YouTube vs ads)

Comfortable working across multiple client styles/aesthetics at once

Genuine curiosity to keep learning as AI tools reshape editing workflows
