We're looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead editing at Indian Farmer, with courses and educational content as the primary focus.

You'll edit high-quality educational content, improve editing workflows, and help raise the creative standard across our videos. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build the editing function, not just edit basic videos. Key Responsibilities

Edit courses and educational videos in a clear, engaging instructional style.

Structure lessons for better learning and retention.

Own storytelling, pacing, graphics, subtitles, sound design, colour grading, and final output quality.

Build editing templates, SOPs, and efficient workflows.

Deliver multiple projects on time without compromising quality.

Use AI tools and modern workflows to improve speed and consistency.

Support long-form, short-form,



and podcast content when required. Requirements

Proven experience editing courses, educational, or explainer content.

3–6 years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Experience with After Effects and other tools.

Excellent Written English proficiency (mandatory).

Strong

Hindi is required.

Exceptional creative taste and visual storytelling.

Strong understanding of pacing, typography, graphics, sound design, colour grading, and motion graphics.

Comfortable using AI tools to improve editing workflows.

High ownership, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
