Role & responsibilities

- Lead design-first video execution across YouTube, Instagram, and campaigns

- Convert briefs into sharp visual solutionsformats, systems, and storytelling structures

- Define hooks, pacing, motion language, and visual flow for retention

- Build repeatable formats/templates that scale

- Collaborate with editors, motion designers, and strategy teams to deliver performance-driven content

- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, production, and iteration

Skills & Requirements

- 4-5 years in video design / editing / motion / digital content
- Robust visual thinker (composition, typography, color, motion)
- Deep understanding of editing rhythm, pacing, and retention mechanics
- Solution-led mindsetnot just execution, but problem solving through video
- Clear understanding of YouTube and platform-native content formats • Ability to lead, guide, and elevate output quality
- Strong command over Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent stack) • Proficiency in AI video/design tools (Veo,Runway,HigsField, Pika, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
- Experience building content formats, IPs, or YouTube channels
