Role Description The Senior Vice President Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end operational infrastructure of Base Capital. This role involves leading operations teams, establishing and refining processes, and ensuring that daily activities align with company strategy and regulatory requirements.

The SVP Operations will manage operational performance metrics, oversee P&L; implications of operational decisions, and collaborate with finance, risk, and technology leaders to drive efficiency and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing project portfolios, enhancing customer service operations, resolving escalated issues, and implementing strategic plans to support growth and risk mitigation. The role also requires mentoring leaders,



fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and communicating operational priorities and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Robust operations management skills, including experience designing, implementing, and optimizing processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in P&L; management, with a track record of aligning operational decisions with financial performance and cost controls.
- Customer service leadership experience, with the ability to build customer-centric processes and resolve complex escalations.
- Strategic planning and project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives, set priorities, and deliver results on time and within scope.
- Proven executive-level leadership experience in financial services or a related industry, including managing managers and multi-location or remote teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using data and KPIs to guide operational strategy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, risk management, and technology-enabled operations is highly beneficial.
