Key Responsibilities Deliver live online training sessions on AI applications in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, at the depth defined for each program tier.

• EDA, Statistics &

• Biostatistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Medical NLP, Cheminformatics, Clinical Trial Analytics &

• CDISC, Pharmacovigilance Analytics, Real-World Evidence, LLMs &

• Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol, GxP &

• AI Validation, and Capstone supervision.

Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions using Python and industry tools such as RDKit, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face, scispaCy, DeepChem, AutoDock Vina, Pinnacle 21, OHDSI ATLAS, LangChain, LangGraph and the Anthropic MCP SDK. Sessions are lab-based; learners must leave with a working artefact.

Develop and review training content, presentations, notebooks, assignments, assessments, and capstone projects.

Mentor learners during live sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and project reviews, including the Pro Max industry board demo.

Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality learning experiences and industry relevance.

Qualifications Master's or Ph.D. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence,



or a related field.

8 to 15 years of industry and/or academic experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO, healthcare, or AI-driven life sciences. Candidates above 15 years are considered for advisory and curriculum-architect roles.

Deep expertise in at least one area, with at least 3 years of hands-on build experience in it: Drug Discovery and Cheminformatics

- Clinical Trial Analytics and CDISC
- Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety
- Real-World Evidence
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Medical NLP; or LLM, RAG, Agentic AI and GxP Validation. We are hiring specialists, not generalists.

Hands-on Python. You will write and debug live on a shared screen.

Prior experience in corporate training, faculty roles, workshops, academic training(universities and colleges) or professional mentoring.

Excellent presentation, communication, and learner engagement skills.
