Senior Transition Manager - Insurance - 10+ Years - Gurgaon/Noida/Pune

Looking for an experienced Transition Leader with 10-15 years of experience to drive end-to-end migration and transition programs for global stakeholders. The role involves leading complex transformation initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless project execution. Candidates with strong project management expertise and experience in the insurance domain will be preferred.

Location - Gurgaon/Noida/Pune

Responsibilities -

1. Independently lead multiple transition and migration projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines through strong project management practices.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centres to ensure seamless execution of transition programs.
3. Establish robust governance frameworks, monitor project deliverables, and provide transparent status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
5. Capture key learnings and best practices from completed projects and incorporate them into future transition initiatives.
6. Drive end-to-end migration programs while managing stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.

Requirements -

1. Graduate with 10+ of overall work experience.
2. Minimum 7-8 years of experience in transition management or migration projects, preferably within the insurance domain.
3.



Proven experience in independently managing and delivering global transition programs.
4. PMP certification will be an added advantage.
5. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
