Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor data, and regulatory changes to inform benefit plan design.

- Collaborate with HR business partners to develop performance management processes that align with organizational goals.

- Analyze HR metrics using HR analytics tools to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and overall talent strategy.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in Compensation &

Perks or related field (IT Services & Consulting).

- Strong understanding of general insurance products such as health insurance, life insurance, etc.

- Proficiency in ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plans) administration is an added advantage.

- Experience with salary benchmarking tools like Compensation benchmarking software.
