About the Role

Kuubiik is looking for an exceptional Senior Technical SEO & AI Specialist to lead end-to-end SEO strategies for our clients and internal products.

This is not a traditional SEO role focused only on keywords or content writing. We are looking for someone who combines technical SEO expertise, AI-powered workflows, content strategy, and robust communication skills to drive measurable organic growth.

You should be comfortable working independently, identifying opportunities, solving technical issues, creating high-quality AI-assisted content, and confidently presenting your recommendations to clients.

Responsibiliites

- Plan and execute complete SEO strategies from technical audits to ongoing optimisation.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, site performance, and rankings.
- Analyse Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools to uncover growth opportunities.
- Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor research, and content gap analysis.
- Create high-quality AI-assisted content briefs, articles, landing pages, and metadata while ensuring accuracy, originality, and quality.
- Optimise website architecture, internal linking, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and on-page SEO.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO performance, providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead SEO discussions with clients, explain strategies and technical recommendations in clear, easy-to-understand language,



and provide regular performance updates.
- Participate in client meetings, answer SEO-related questions, and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay up to date with Google's algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
- Continuously improve internal SEO processes through automation and AI.

Requirements

- Strong experience in technical SEO for websites and web applications.
- Proven ability to independently manage complete SEO campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of crawling, indexation, canonicals, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, JavaScript SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and website architecture.
- Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
- Strong content strategy skills with the ability to use AI tools to research, create, optimise, and quality-check content.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar as part of your daily workflow.
- Confident presenting SEO strategies and technical recommendations to clients.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
- Experience working with SaaS, B2B, or high-growth websites.
- Experience with Looker Studio, BigQuery, or SEO automation workflows.
- Experience using Python, SQL, or APIs for SEO analysis or automation.
- Experience with AI agents or custom AI workflows.
