Senior Technical Sourcer

Work Location: One Horizon Centre, Gurugram

Shift: Regular / APAC Shift (depending on the business region supported)

Initial Contract Period : 5-6 Months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sourcer to support hiring across technology and product functions for one of the world's leading beverage companies . This is an exciting opportunity to work on a global talent acquisition project, partnering with business stakeholders to identify and attract top technical talent across India and the APAC region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sourcing technical talent within product-based organizations and will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Source candidates across Software Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI Design, User Research, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Technologies, SaaS, and other technology-related functions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, job boards, and other sourcing channels to identify passive talent.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification conversations.




- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate sourcing activities and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisions.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience sourcing talent for product-based organizations.
- Solid understanding of technical hiring across multiple technology domains.
- Experience sourcing for Software Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud Technologies, SaaS, and other technology-related functions.
- Expertise in passive sourcing, talent mapping, and market research.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting hiring across India and/or APAC markets.
- Experience working with leading product-based or technology organizations.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
