Talent Acquisition Specialist Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews/HR discussions Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement until onboarding Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
Key Requirements2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Strong experience in end-to-end hiring (non-IT / IT / B2B roles as applicable) Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
