- Source top talent through various channels such as headhunting, bulk hiring, non-IT recruitment, travel domain expertise, and social media platforms.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
- Proven track record of successful bulk hiring experiences.
- Solid understanding of Travel Domain knowledge is an added advantage.
