We are seeking experienced Tableau Engineers to join a data and analytics team supporting a broader organizational transition. This role requires solid expertise in Tableau development, dashboard optimization, and data visualization, with the ability to work confidently in front of business partners during a period of high visibility. Given expected performance demands on our reporting layer, The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and data modeling skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing dashboards.

- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions

- Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into visualizations





- Build scalable, user-friendly dashboards supporting data-driven decision-making

- Optimize Tableau workbook performance — extract management, dashboard tuning, query optimization

- Develop and maintain data sources, published datasets, and semantic layers for reporting

- Collaborate with Data Engineers working on the underlying DBT/Redshift data platform

- Validate data quality and reconcile reporting outputs across dashboards

- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live enhancements

- Represent dashboards and reporting outputs confidently in front of business partners
