Role & responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management

- Maintain accurate stock levels of automotive and industrial spare parts.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and binning of materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory

Material Handling

- Oversee inward and outward material movement.
- Verify goods received against purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions.

System & Documentation

- Maintain inventory records using ERP/SAP or similar systems.
- Ensure timely updating of stock entries, GRNs, and issue slips.
- Generate reports on stock status, discrepancies, and consumption.

Coordination & Compliance

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams for material requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping (5S), and compliance standards.
- Support audits (internal and external) related to store operations.

Team Management

- Supervise store assistants or junior staff.




- Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of industrial automotive parts and store operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems
- Good understanding of inventory control practices
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in automotive manufacturing or industrial stores
- Ability to handle high-volume inventory
- Good communication and coordination skills

Location: Halol, Gujarat Experience Required: 6 to 9 Years

Qualification: Graduate from a Reputed University

Salary Range: Up to 6 LPA
