The Senior Store Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, documentation, and coordination with Production, Purchase, QA, and Dispatch departments in compliance with GMP and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
- Ensure proper storage as per GMP and FEFO/FIFO norms.
- Issue materials to Production as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain stock records, ERP entries, and store documentation.
- Conduct daily stock checks and support periodic physical verification.
- Coordinate with QA for material status and release.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety in the store area.
- Support audits and provide required records and documents.
- Assist in supervising store staff and daily store activities.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical store operations and GMP.
- Inventory management and documentation skills.
- ERP/SAP and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and record accuracy.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Sc./B.Pharm./Diploma preferred.
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical store or warehouse operations.
