Job Title: Senior Executive / Specialist

Collections

Department: Collections

/ After Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with developers for outstanding payments

and collections.
- Maintain collection reports, projections, and

payment records.
- Coordinate with developers for invoice

confirmations and resolve invoice-related issues.
- Track and manage invoice rejections and ensure

timely resolution.
- Maintain TAT masters, SPOC details, and other





process-related records.
- Reconcile developer ledgers and resolve settlement

discrepancies.
- Follow up for payment advices and on-account

settlements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers for

source conflict resolution.
- Prepare MIS reports, status updates, and escalation

summaries for management.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with

developers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and

timely communication.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Collections, Accounts

Receivable, and Billing.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

and manage escalations.
- Experience in Banking and Insurance industry will

be preferred.
