About the rol e: We are looking for a highly talented, user-obsess ed Senior Frontend Engine er with a deep specialization i n Rea ct an d Next.j s. In this role, you will own the client-side architecture of our core consumer-facing web products, ensuring they are optimized for performance, scalability, and high conversion rates.You are not just an engineer who translates designs into code; you are a fierce UX advocate who understands how micro-interactions, layout shifts, and page speeds directly impact user trust and conversion maximization. Responsibilities

- : Architect Scalable Web U I: Design, build, and optimize high-performance, conversion-oriented web applications using React and Next.js (App Router, SSR, and SSG
- ).Champion UX/UI Excellen ce: Partner closely with product managers and designers to implement seamless, accessible (A11y/WCAG), and responsive user flows that maximize retention and simplify user onboardiN g
- Optimize for Conversions & Traff ic: Drive Core Web Vitals optimization (LCP, INP, CLS) to minimize latency, supercharge SEO, and directly increase B2C transaction conversion rate
- Data-Driven Iteratio n: Implement robust A/B testing frameworks and integrate user behavior analytics tools to continuously refine user journey




- Enforce High Code Qualit y: Write clean, maintainable, and strictly typed TypeScript code. Establish solid frontend testing patterns (using tools like Vitest, Jest, or Testing Library) and maintain scalable CI/CD deployment pipeline
- Feature Ownersh ip: Implement dynamic listings, fast search capabilities, complex profiling, checkout funnels, push notifications/web messaging, and deep linking strategieS.
- Requirements: Experi ence: 3+ years of intensive experience specializing in R eact and Nex t.js within production-grade environme nts.
- Tech Stack Mast ery: Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Red ux).
- Performance & Architec ture: Strong understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), caching strategies, and bundle size optimizat ion.
- Data & Integrat ion: Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs, and smooth integration of third-party S DKs.
- Product Mind set: Demonstrated experience working with user behavior analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.) and executing conversion rate optimization (CRO) via A/B test ing.
- Styling & Tool ing: Familiarity with modern responsive styling utilities (Tailwind CSS, styled-components) and UI component syst ems.
