Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports.

. Gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

. Create productive data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.

. Develop and optimize complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.

. Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Azure, Data Warehouse, APIs, and flat files.

. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and visualizations.

. Implement Row Level Security (RLS) and data governance standards.

. Monitor report performance and optimize datasets and queries.

. Support production deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Must-Have Skills:

. Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service

. Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language)

. Strong SQL and database querying skills

. Experience with Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)

. Knowledge of Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL) preferred

. Experience with ETL/Data Warehousing concepts

. Report performance tuning and optimization

. Power BI Gateway and Scheduled Refresh configuration

. Version control and deployment best practices

Good-to-Have Skills:

. Python or R for analytics

. Azure DevOps

. SSIS, SSRS, SSAS

. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

. Exposure to Risk Analytics and Regulatory Reporting in Banking
