Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer to join the fastest-growing Agentic AI company in APAC, based in our Bangalore. In this role, you will have opportunities to work on enterprise-scale AI transformation programmes across Asia Pacific and gain exposure to advanced AI tooling, AWS partnership ecosystems, and regulated-industry engineering delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust microservices that serve as the backbone for our Agentic AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and seamless integration across our product suite.
- Develop and optimize advanced RAG pipelines and LLM-based workflows using LangChain to improve the accuracy and context-awareness of our autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications, ensuring our AI models deliver measurable value to end-users.
- Streamline deployment processes by building and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines on AWS, reducing time-to-market for recent features and model iterations.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance,



fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade applications using Python, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and system design.
- Proven ability to design and maintain complex microservices architectures that handle high-concurrency workloads effectively.
- Hands-on experience in implementing LLM-based applications and RAG frameworks, with a solid grasp of prompt engineering and vector database management.
- Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, specifically in deploying and monitoring containerized applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a quick-paced, hybrid work environment.
- A strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 4 - 10 years of professional experience in high-growth technology environments.
