Job Title: Senior Site Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day site execution for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of RCC works, Mivan shuttering, finishing activities, quality control, safety standards, and contractor management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.

Monitor RCC, Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Monitor site safety and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

Verify contractor bills and work measurements.





Resolve technical issues arising during execution.

Ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.

Maintain site documentation, DPRs, inspection reports, and checklists.

Guide and supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractor teams.

Required

Skills

Strong knowledge of RCC and Mivan construction.

Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Good understanding of construction sequencing.

Knowledge of quality control procedures.

Familiarity with IS Codes and construction standards.

Robust leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting. Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

8–12 years of experience in high-rise residential building construction.

Experience in Mivan technology is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience handling G+20 or above residential projects.

Ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams.

Strong planning and execution skills.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
