Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with GRC (Governance, Risk Management & Compliance) standards in the development process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on ServiceNow best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of CSM (Customer Service Management) module in ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ITSM (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework implementation using ServiceNow tools.
