Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day security operations at the manufacturing site.

- Supervise security guards and ensure smooth shift operations.

- Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and surveillance activities.

- Manage visitor entry, employee access, and contractor movements.

- Monitor material inward and outward movement and verify gate pass documentation.

- Conduct regular security patrols and ensure protection of company assets.

- Respond to emergency situations such as fire, theft, accidents, or security incidents.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies during emergencies.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive security measures.

- Ensure compliance with security policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

- Maintain security records, incident reports, and audit documentation.

- Support transport security, vehicle movement, and employee transportation activities.

- Conduct security awareness and emergency response training for security personnel.
