Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Security Analyst to join our team in Pune. In this in office role, you will be on the front lines of our defense strategy, monitoring and analyzing security events across networks, applications, and systems. You will play a critical role in identifying threats, executing incident response, and continuously enhancing our SOC capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise who enjoys mentoring others and collaborating across teams to fortify our security posture. Key Responsibilities

Threat Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor and analyze security events to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and suspicious activities. Perform incident triage, investigation, and remediation.

Malware & Forensic Analysis: Coordinate and conduct in-depth malware analysis, including behavioral analysis, extracting indicators of compromise (IoCs), and implementing effective containment techniques.

Red Teaming:



Performing Red Teaming for the customers.

VAPT & Security Controls: Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust security controls across systems and applications.

Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment while staying up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Expertise

Core Cybersecurity: Deep understanding of threat detection, incident response, and security operations within SOC/NOC environments. Proficiency with SIEM tools, EDR solutions, and advanced log analysis.

Network Security: Strong knowledge of secure network architectures, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.

Application Security: Expertise in secure coding principles, vulnerability assessments, and remediation strategies.

Analytical & Soft Skills:

Advanced Analytics: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, correlate seemingly disparate events, and make sound, rapid decisions under pressure.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative setting and effectively mentor junior team members.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Relevant industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or GIAC are highly preferred and considered a strong asset.
