Roles and Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SD modules with focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle

- Design, configure, and maintain Pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and pricing schemas

- Handle Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and Credit/Debit memo processes

- Configure and manage Master Data (Customer, Material, Pricing, Output)

- Work on Taxes, Freight, Discounts, Rebates, and Promotions

- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM modules

- Support UAT, prepare test cases, and resolve defects

- Analyze business requirements and provide functional specifications

- Handle production support, incident resolution, and change requests

- Participate in rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades

- Ensure compliance with business and statutory requirements

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in SAP SD

- Strong hands-on experience in OTC processes





- In-depth knowledge of Pricing configuration

- Experience with Billing, Shipping, Output Determination, and Credit Management

- Understanding of tax configuration (GST/VAT preferred)

- Experience in integration with FI for billing and revenue posting

- Exposure to IDocs, Interfaces, and Enhancements is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable stability (Cannot consider candidates with frequent job changes).

- Minimum 5 years of Relevant to SD experience.

- 2+ years of S4 Hana experience.

- Must have recent Greenfield implementation.

- F2F interview is mandatory (Candidates who can not come for F2F will be dropped at initial stage only).
