Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BASIS Consultant with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and Oracle Database. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP ECC administration, Oracle database management, production support, SAP upgrades, migrations, and customer-facing support activities.

Key Responsibilities Perform SAP BASIS administration for SAP ECC landscapes. Install, configure, maintain, and support SAP systems. Perform SAP kernel upgrades, support package upgrades, and patch implementations.

Manage Oracle

Database administration, including backup & recovery, tablespace management,



database monitoring, and performance tuning.

Perform

Oracle database upgrades and patching activities. Execute SAP system refresh, client copy, transport management (STMS), and system maintenance activities. Support SAP migration projects involving Oracle databases.

Handle P1/P2 incidents, service requests, change requests, and root cause analysis. Perform daily system health checks and performance monitoring. Coordinate with customers during maintenance windows, upgrades, and migration activities.

Prepare cutover plans and support implementation activities. Work closely with infrastructure, application, and database teams. Lead and mentor a small technical team while ensuring SLA compliance.

Required Skills 8 to 12 years of SAP BASIS administration experience.

Solid Oracle

Database administration experience (Oracle 11g/12c/19c).

Experience with Oracle backup & recovery using BRTOOLS.

Oracle Tablespace

Management.

Oracle Performance

Monitoring and Troubleshooting.

Oracle Database

Upgrade and Patching. SAP ECC administration. SAP Installations and System Maintenance. SUM, SPAM, SAINT.

Kernel

Upgrades. STMS and Transport Management.

System

Refresh and Client Copy.

Production

Support. Linux/UNIX administration. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Oracle RAC. High Availability (HA).

Disaster

Recovery (DR). SAP migration experience. Team handling or mentoring experience. .
