We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Developer / Technical Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud (Lead-to-Cash), Agentforce, and Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions while actively participating in development and technical implementation. This role requires a strong technical leader who can translate business requirements into robust Salesforce architectures and mentor development teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect / Developer with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ

Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
- Architect and deliver end-to-end Lead-to-Cash solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Lead the design and implementation of Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered automation and agent experiences.
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for customer data unification, segmentation, and activation.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.




- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and solution architects to define technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide hands-on technical support when required.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, specifically Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation and architecture.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization.
- Solid hands-on programming experience with:

- Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Visualforce

- SOQL/SOSL

- Lightning Platform
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
