We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Service Cloud customization to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and SOQL/SOSL.

Design and implement Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, and Service Console.

Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.

Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects,



and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

Experience with Salesforce Flows and platform automation.

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification is a plus.

Experience with Copado, Gearset, or other DevOps tools is an advantage.
